November meeting this Saturday, November 16th

Everyone,

The Chesapeake Woodturners will hold our November meeting this Saturday, November 16^th at Maryland Hall for the Performing Arts in Annapolis. The meeting will begin promptly at 9 AM.

The demonstrator at this meeting will be Tim Moore, our stalwart ex-president and frequent presenter. Tim’s presentation will be titled “Four Bowls and a Bandsaw” (or something close to that

) and will be about how he designed, assembled, turned, deconstructed, and reconstructed the ribbon sculpture shown in the attached photograph. This work was awarded Best-in-Show at our current club show in the MFA Circle Gallery in Annapolis. It is a marvel!

The program will also include our usual business meeting with a preview of upcoming demos and classes through the Spring of 2020 and our customary Show and Tell.

I look forward to seeing everyone at the meeting this Saturday.
