October 19th Meeting

The Chesapeake Woodturners will hold their October meeting this coming Saturday, October 19th at Maryland Hall for the Performing Arts in Annapolis. The meeting will begin promptly at 9 AM and will be led, in my absence, by our Vice President and Program Chairman, Lou Rudinski. There will be a business meeting and our customary Show and Tell followed by a program of TIPS AND TRICKS -- a series of short presentations by club members of special tools and techniques each presenter uses to enhance his or her work.

At the meeting, submissions for our club’s November show at the Circle Gallery in Annapolis will be collected. The deadline for submissions for this show will be the following day, Sunday, October 20th. (Entry forms have been previously provided.)

Pens turned for the Wounded Warriors Project sponsored by Woodcraft should also be brought to this meeting.
