September Meeting

The Chesapeake Woodturners and the Woodturners Co-Op at Maryland Hall will meet on Saturday September 15 at the Woodturning Room at Maryland Hall for the Creative Arts in Annapolis. Our guest Woodturner will be Alan Leland. Alan will demonstrate how to develop and improve tool techniques and building skills. He will also discuss coloring and drying techniques as well as texturing and detailing. The meeting begins at 9AM and continues to 4 PM. There will be a short business meeting following lunch followed by the conclusion of the demonstration. There will be a $10 charge for members and Guests. On Friday September 14, Alan will instruct a class for prepaid members on the Turning of a Contemporary Elegant Lamp. For more information call 443-955-2255
